As a life-long resident of Vaughan, I love welcoming people to our community.
Vaughan is the 5th largest city in the Greater Toronto area and the 17th largest city in Canada. The city is made up of five officially designated communities – Woodbridge, Maple, Thornhill, Concord, and Kleinburg. A diverse and vibrant area, Vaughan offers many local amenities.
Canada’s Wonderland is Canada’s largest amusement park – offering fun for the whole family, right in your backyard. The Kortright Centre is a suburban conservation area that provides nature trails and hosting their very popular annual Maple Syrup Festival. Vaughan is also home to Vaughan Mills, a large shopping mall, as well as many amateur sport teams. Over 180 Canadian or regional headquarters are located in Vaughan, but for those who work in Toronto, there are public transit options to make car-free commuting from Vaughan an option.
