Selling a home is a huge decision, and it’s no surprise that most sellers have a ton of questions. Most people start searching for answers on Google, but when it comes to local info, it’s best to ask someone who knows the market and the community.

Some of the questions I answer most frequently include:

  • Do I need to paint all the walls a neutral colour?
  • I hear the expression “kitchens and baths sell houses” – what does that mean?

  • I need to sell immediately – how fast can we get it on the market?
  • How much is it really going to cost me to sell my house?
