Juicy Pork Souvlaki
There’s something amazing about food that brings people together—and few dishes do that better than souvlaki. This juicy pork souvlaki recipe is my go-to for easy summer grilling, casual family dinners, or backyard feasts with friends. Marinated in a bold blend of lemon, garlic, oregano, and olive oil, the pork turns out tender, smoky, and full of flavour in every bite. Whether you tuck it into a warm pita with tzatziki or serve it platter-style with salad and roasted potatoes, this is a crowd-pleaser that tastes like a little trip to Greece—no plane ticket required.
