Prices are slowly on the rise.
There is a real shortage of good marketed and prepared listings.
Average days on the market is still sitting at around 30+ days, but I am witnessing multiple offers, and the properties aren’t lasting too long on the market either.  The number of offers and showings of properties has definitely increased since November, 2019.
The spring market is here, and it’s competitive.
