Why did you start your business?
I started my business to assist Canadians with achieving their home ownership dreams.
What are you most passionate about with your business?
I am most passionate about being able to watch and assist families grow on both a personal and financial level. Without any doubt, this would be the highest reward for me to receive. I am now being given the opportunity to assist the children of past clients and it is a tremendous satisfaction in seeing the level that these Canadian families have achieved over the years.
What are the main services you offer in regards to working with seniors?
The one service that I can offer seniors is to assist in some form of financing that would enable them to live a better quality retirement. This is definitely something that I would want for myself as well. Therefore, I am at a stage in life that I can comprehend the needs of seniors.
How is working with seniors different from other types of customers?
Seniors are much more knowledgeable and have a clear understanding of what they want. With this in consideration, they make explaining the process a whole lot easier. They also have a great deal more patience than most clients.
Do you have any advice or tips for seniors when it comes to downsizing?
My only advice would be to absolutely consider downsizing and invest in a better way of living today!
