Vaughan’s Public Meetings this June

Looking to have your voice heard on important issues in Vaughan? City Committee and Council meetings are happening all month long—and you’re invited to take part!
Whether you’re passionate about local planning, have thoughts on community developments, or just want to stay informed, there are multiple ways to participate, both in person and online.
🗓 Upcoming June Meetings:
- Wed, June 4 at 1 PM – Committee of the Whole (1)
- Wed, June 4 at 6 PM – Committee of the Whole (Public Meeting)
- Tues, June 17 at 1 PM – Committee of the Whole (2)
- Wed, June 18 at 1 PM – Committee of the Whole (Working Session)
- Tues, June 24 at 1 PM – Council Meeting
📍 Location: Vaughan City Hall – 2141 Major Mackenzie Dr.
🌐 Ways to Participate:
✅ Speak In-Person: Attend City Hall and share your thoughts directly with Council. Pre-register by noon the business day before by filling out the Request to Speak form or calling 905-832-2281.
✅ Join Virtually: Prefer to speak from home? You can join via computer, tablet, or smartphone. Just pre-register online by noon the business day before the meeting. Instructions and a test link will be provided.
✅ Call In by Phone: Don’t have a device handy? No problem. You can also speak via landline or cellphone. Contact the City Clerk’s office at clerks@vaughan.ca or call 905-832-2281 to sign up.
✅ Send an Email: Not ready to speak live? Submit your written comments to clerks@vaughan.ca by noon the business day before the meeting.
