I have some very exciting news to share with you! I am now, officially, an Accredited Senior Agent. This is a professional designation that less than 4% of Canadian REALTORS® have earned. There are more than 100,000 realtors in Canada, so you get the picture!
So, why did I get this designation you ask? I was very close to my grandmother, she taught me Italian, she brought me on my first trip to Italy and I eventually looked after her – and loved doing this. I wanted to be able to do this and more for my parents, really get their state of affairs in order and be proactive instead of reactive.
The ASA designation complements my existing professional services by allowing me to better discuss your needs and tackle situations related to:
- Canadian tax laws
- Estates and estate planning
- Government grants
Additionally, I can provide you with information on ways you can release the equity in your property(ies) for future living expenses.
These tasks and finding reliable sources of information can be daunting. I want to help a generation that was so successful in their time, be able to manage and look after what they worked so hard to have.
Being ASA certified also enables me to work with your other professional advisors (lawyers, accountants etc.) so you can feel at ease knowing that these important life tasks are handled in a professional and timely matter.
Whether you’re a senior yourself, or looking after a loved ones estate, you need a certified specialist who is compassionate and understands your unique needs and situation. As many of you already know, I am always happy to listen, answer any questions you have, spend as much time as it takes to understand your needs and concerns – and vice versa.
You and your family have earned the exceptional service I can provide. I would be honored to help you and your loved ones make more informed decisions. Let’s sip a coffee together and chat about what you need, now or in the near future, and how I can help make that happen for you!
