Welcome to 519 Aberdeen Ave, Woodbridge, a home that holds a very special place in my heart.
This is my parents’ home. It is the residence where my mom, dad, two sisters, my nonna, Uncle Fernando, and I called “home” since 1984. We filled this 2640-square-foot haven with decades of cherished memories, and we would love to find a family who can continue to fill it with years of love, life, and joy!
This is where my sisters and I were raised, and we all even got married in this house. Eventually we all found our way back to live with mom and dad while we were in transition, and it’s the home that my son, nieces, and nephews now know as “Nonna and Nonno’s house.”
Characterized by light-filled, inviting spaces that welcome you in, this home’s spacious interior offers ample room to spread out in and call your own. Timeless finishes include details like solid oak interior doors and trim, a solid oak staircase from top to bottom, and the attractive, neutral color palette ensures you can move right in and begin making each room your own.
In addition to its stylish, comfortable spaces, you’ll also find this home surrounded by local convenience. My parents chose this location specifically for its close proximity to the elementary Catholic school right across the street, and the Catholic high school is just about a 10-minute walk away. Nestled right in the hub of the East Woodridge neighborhood, you’re also wonderfully close to recreation centres, shopping, movie theatres, restaurants, highway access (Hwy 400 and Hwy 407), and other transit options, like the Viva Next and the subway.
